James Paul
partner/Co-founder
James has delivered over 200 C-Level searches across the Software, Life Sciences and Consumer Internet industries. James has led organisations of up to 40 professionals. He has delivered searches including in the UAE, UK, Germany, France, Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines, Australia, China, Japan, Korea, Vietnam, Malaysia, Thailand, Iran, Sweden, Spain, United States and India.
Prior to working in executive search, James worked at Accenture where he built cross-industry sales and consulting experience with expertise in Telecoms & Media, Industrial Internet of Things (IoT and IIot), SaaS & M2M. He has lived and worked in Europe, Singapore and the United Arab Emirates.
Alongside Marcel, James is now also the Founder/CEO of Voop, on a mission to protect vulnerable children in social care and foster care from harm on smartphones.
Ali Paul
partner/Co-founder
Ali has delivered over 60 C-level searches globally across every function with a particular focus on B2B SaaS, Crypto/Blockchain, Developer Tools and Gaming.
Ali’s primary focus is in the Crypto/Blockchain space with 80% of searches in the space. Before Marcel he led People Operations at Evmos, a Series A Crypto startup backed by Coinbase, Polychain and Galaxy.
Prior to working in executive search, Ali was a Detective in the Metropolitan Police investigating serious crime across London. Ali is fluent in Mandarin having previously lived in Taiwan.
